Shipping
- Shipping cost is built into item cost:
- Items are priced with shipping and handling included in total cost.
- Each item will arrive in a box with secure wrapping (bubble wrap and or white packing paper).
- Shipping times may vary based on the destination. Generally, domestic shipments take between 2-7 business days. International shipping times vary by country and can take between 7-21 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS tracking.

- Silverklown Toys at this time does not Ship outside of the United States.
Refund/Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of the tracking “delivered” date only on “New & Sealed” products.

- Due to the nature of vintage collectibles and loose action figures, these items are sold as-is and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.
- Please see all photos of items and read item description to avoid missed information pertaining to item condition.
- If you would like additional photos/details of items before purchase please email silverklowntoystore@gmail.com and Allow 24 hours for response.

- Condition: New or sealed products must be returned unopened and it’s original packaging and condition.
Return Process
- Contact Us: If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at silverklowntoystore@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Review: Please allow 24 hours for return request to be reviewed. If item is eligible for return, follow onto step 3.
- Return Shipping: Buyer will be responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST/PROCESSING to return the item. Silverklown Toys will not cover cost of return shipping under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for Any and All international fees (i.e. customs, tariffs, fees). See instructions below for REQUIRED handling:

- Item must be packed in original shipping container.
- Item must be shipped back and tracking within 48 hours of return request approval. See instructions below for REQUIRED handling/email confirmation instructions.

- Photo of item packaged in secure manner.
- Photo of shipping label with visible Return Shipping address and tracking information.
- Photo of Receipt from shipping provider MUST be provided within email. Will not accept items for return if there is not confirmation provided that item was taken to post office or other shipping method office with hand off receipt provided. THIS IS REQUIRED NO MATTER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

Review and Refund
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will review it based on the reason for the return provided.
- Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that this process may take a certain number of unknown days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products being sold “as is,” returns will not be accepted. We strive to accurately describe and photograph each item, and we encourage you to review all product details before making a purchase.
